I enjoyed how close the hotel was to many things. I found the staff very polite and helpful, it impressed me. The Donna Restaurant was really top.

My room did not have a fridge and this was a problem. The bathroom design was not great, there wasn't much of a separation between the shower and the rest of it and water got everywhere. I don't liked no A/C in the room.

the room got very hot and opening the window wasn't an option due to street noise i requested fans they were delivered but the room remained stuffy reception staff seemed uninterested when i asked about local tips their responses felt generic and unhelpful

The staff were nice. The location proved convenient, close to the metro.

My room lacked ventilation. It was very stuffy and uncomfortable. A horrible smell from the inside restaurant filled the entire place. It felt almost impossible to get fresh air. The elevator closest to my room broke down. It was never repaired for the rest of my stay, a MAJOR inconvenience.

the staff was accommodating upon my arrival after a long trip. they promptly changed the bedding to allergy-friendly bedding when i requested it.

the room was quite chilly, and this did impact my comfort. it really has to do with personal preference, but it wasn't ideal. the room never seemed to warm up properly .

I found the location very convenient. It was easy to reach many attractions. the staff members were friendly and helpful . my room had extra space near the mirror, perfect for getting ready, it was a practical touch. i appreciated that the tap water was drinkable, a convenient feature.

I noticed the luggage storage area did not feel completely secure. Access seemed a bit too open.

simona at the front desk provided really good care. she secured a fantastic birthday dinner table at donna restaurant. the hotel staff helped with tiny, important matters. they assisted with ironing and retrieving forgotten items.
