The room felt cramped. I had difficulty maneuvering with my luggage. The bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation, resulting in persistent humidity and slow drying of towels. A larger, more effective ventilation system is necessary. one day the cleaning service was missed despite my request.

this hotel is neat. it sits near public transport so reaching it from the airport is easy. i got good service with new towels. the staff were very nice and helped me quickly. beds are comfy too, i slept really well.

i think the room need better cleaning.

the hotel offers breakfasts with many delicious option. it is missing some vegetarian options however. the breakfast area is clean and well organized, and staff ensure it is always tidy and pleasant.

the front office people were very helpful with directions. they helped me with my bag because i had a problem with my back. the personnel answer fast and are really involved with the guests needs.

the rooms are clean. the beds are quiet comfy and large, so you sleep good. the bathroom has soaps and cups for using. i enjoyed a lot my stay in this hotel and i really recomend this hotel to anyone.

the location worked out nicely for me , near the metro. i found a supermarket just around the corner. the rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus , i spent some time there.

the room i was in was quite small , it was hard to move around with my luggage. only hand soap was provided in the room , i expected more. i could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms , the walls seemed thin.
