the staff were very helpful and polite! the food tasted lovely. i found the drinks especially good.

the parking was an additional charge of £15 per night. it is quite a distance from the town centre, with nothing nearby.

the air con didn't work in my room and the lift was out of order. i was on a high floor, and the staff offered drinks vouchers to other guests but i received nothing. that felt quite unfair.
