the breakfast had a great selection. i enjoyed the freshly prepared waffles. the lady at the breakfast area was very kind and helped with the waffle machine. the location was close to the bus and metro station.
the room cleaning was too basic. they only made the bed each day. they did not provide water on a daily basis, and the rest of the cleaning was random. the staff was not helpful when i needed them.

The breakfast was excellent. The family room was normal size.
The staff was NOT helpful at all. I was overcharged. After my six days of stay there, they did not even provide me with an answer. They avoided it as much as they could, I think. The room cleaning was very basic and JUST the bed got cleaned. They did not provide water daily, and the rest was random.

Superb Location and Staff

I checked in early, two hours before the scheduled time, really helpful. The hotel is close to the metro and bus stops. Many attractions like the European Parliament are a short walk away. The area is also quiet, A definite plus.
The room cleaning was only basic and didn't include daily water provisions, slightly INCONVENIENT.

My room included necessary amenities such as a trouser press, quite convenient. The furniture and bed offered good COMFORT. I appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout the room.
