the air conditioning worked well in the rooms. the buffet breakfast included many options. staff helped me organise day trips easily.

the pool area seemed run down. the plastic cover formed a wall. i saw no toilet in the pool area so i had to return to my room.

i REALLY liked the helpful staff! they assisted me a lot. the location was also great. it allowed me to explore the main attractions on foot (i love walking!).

i chose this hotel based on conditions, INCLUDING a room for 3 people. however, they did not have a room with a bed for 3 people. it was like a scam! also, they should clearly inform guests whether the room has a window or not.
