Staff showed great attentiveness. The breakfast buffet included diverse options. Afternoon tea proved an unexpected, welcomed treat. The rooftop pool allowed a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The room felt slightly cramped. Limited space occurred for opening suitcases properly. This impacted comfort negatively.

old decor damaged wallpaper
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the room decor felt very old it needed updating. damaged areas had been hastily repaired, including tiles and wallpaper that looked worn. the limited minibar only offered water and a couple of fizzy drinks, a real disappointment.

asian offering western offering rooftop dj
the breakfast had many choices that included both asian and western options. the rooftop garden included a pool and bar area. daniel made good drinks and functioned as the rooftop dj (this was a surprise).
My room was very small. I could hear every conversation outside the room.

The breakfast buffet was quite excellent with a wide array of options. the rooftop pool was refreshing, especially after a day exploring. housekeeping kept my room super clean. I appreciated that.
the elevator could be a bit slow during peak hours.

friendly check-in hotel feature welcome juice afternoon tea
I stayed in room 806, a premier double room. i found check-in very easy and friendly. lili clearly explained the hotel features. a welcome juice and nuts were offered. afternoon tea combined vietnamese delicacies and western cakes. It was served in a comfortable setting.
Soundproofing seemed weak. I could hear sounds from outside my room.
