The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I received a refreshing drink upon arrival. I was also able to store my large suitcases while traveling to other areas. The rooftop pool offered GREAT views.
It seemed like it took a long time to get to my floor.

This hotel offers friendly staffs. My room was clean and I had a comfy bed. I liked the pillows, because I am picky. The rooftop bar has friendly staffs too.
Some staffs near the front door did not have good communication skills. The customer service felt weak.

The location was central. Seeing sights was easy. our large room had a balcony, and breakfast was amazing. the staff were helpful! the pool on the roof was also great.
The gym was closed. I was disappointed. remodeling was underway . i missed the reopening by a couple days. the gym was the main reason i chose this hotel, so it was a letdown.
