Great hotel in central location
central location luggage handling easy access
The hotel is conveniently located inside a modern shopping mall. Staff met me at the door and handled luggage efficiently. The location allowed for easy access to dining and shopping options.
The elevators to the upper floors can be a bit slow during peak times.

The room included comfortable beds and fluffy towels. The bathroom contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found complimentary snacks and a coffee machine in the pantry on my floor.

slow lift public facilities
The staff went out of their way to provide breakfast for early departures. A packed meal sure beats airport food (though that's not saying much).
The lifts were slow and small, often requiring a wait. This was inconvenient, especially when the shopping center was busy. The gym and pool are not directly within the hotel but located in a public area of the mall.

My room had a well-stocked complimentary minibar I liked. I also enjoyed access to a pantry on my floor with drinks and snacks. The breakfast buffet included many options for all tastes, which I found helpful.

fantastic stay!
convenient location early check-in clean room
The location was very convenient. it is easy to walk to many sights from here. the staff were amazing. They provided early check-in at no charge (so kind!). the rooms were super clean, modern, and large.

breakfast had a lovely offering and the food quality was great. there may not be a huge variety (for a five-star hotel), it was still quite satisfying. the reload pantry on every floor offered complimentary treats.

the hotel sits in the saigon centre shopping mall, a very convenient place. its central location puts many sights within a 15-minute walk. it's perfect for combining city walks with shopping. (i love this!).

the rooftop pool has fine city views. the family room was superb with two bathrooms, a lounge area, and great views. the fitness centre is among the best. i've experienced, even if shared.

decent stay, some issues
attentive staff room decoration sweet message poor service missing items minibar organization
the staff were attentive. they decorated our room beautifully for our anniversary. chocolates and a sweet message awaited us, it was lovely.
the room service faltered daily. we often lacked essential items. the complimentary minibar needed better organization, it needed more than just water.
