The hotel is conveniently located inside a modern shopping mall. Staff met me at the door and handled luggage efficiently. The location allowed for easy access to dining and shopping options.

The staff went out of their way to provide breakfast for early departures. A packed meal sure beats airport food (though that's not saying much).
This was inconvenient, especially when the shopping center was busy. The gym and pool are not directly within the hotel but located in a public area of the mall.

the hotel is inside the saigon centre shopping mall. this. breakfast was the best (i especially liked the fresh fruit selection). the rooftop pool offered great views.

The location was very convenient. it is easy to walk to many sights from here. the staff were amazing. They provided early check-in at no charge (so kind!). the rooms were super clean, modern, and large.

the hotel sits in the saigon centre shopping mall, a very convenient place. its central location puts many sights within a 15-minute walk. it's perfect for combining city walks with shopping. (i love this!).
