i arrived just after midday. a standard queen room was reserved. the rooms were clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. the bathroom had a good walk in shower.

the transfer from the airport took a long time. the person who was to meet me upon arrival was not there. i waited some time for a driver to arrive. the room service menu had limited options.

the complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient. tranh greeted me with help for my luggage. reception staffs was nice. my room included a water bottle refill station. i also got great value for what they offered.

transfer from the airport took a very long time. the person who supposed to meet me upon arrival wasnt there. this was unpleasant, as i needed to sleep. so a taxi would be faster as the hotel was close.

The breakfast offered a good selection. I found it very satisfying. Staff were helpful and courteous . The free airport transfer service worked very well and was punctual.

The room felt a little small. I wished it was slightly bigger.

The rooftop pool was nice.

The air conditioning in the lobby was off at night. It was uncomfortable. Everyone seemed hot, and no fans offered any relief. This cost-cutting really impacted my comfort.
