amazing stay!
helpful staff convenient location quick check-in organized tours
the staff at the front desk were helpful (especially when arranging tours). they organized two wonderful trips for us to halong bay and ninh binh. the location was very convenient, close to many attractions. the check-in process was easy and quick, which i really appreciated after a long journey.
the gym is quite small with limited equipment.

the hotel has a very good location on a quieter street near the center. the independence palace is just a short walk, about three to four minutes. the war remnants museum and the cathedral are also within easy walking distance.

the staff are very friendly and super helpful with all requests. the information and baggage desk staff are very attentive and accommodating. the service provided was consistently high.

convenient location friendly staff spacious layout
the location is really convenient. it is close to many attractions within a comfortable walking distance. staff members were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the room i had featured a spacious layout and effective air conditioning.
the coffee during breakfast could have been better.

the pool water maintained a good level of cleanliness and did not have an overpowering chlorine smell. the tv had iphone connectivity. the bathroom included a rainfall shower, which i found to be a relaxing addition.

I found the breakfast buffet quite extensive. It included plenty of asian dishes i liked. the swimming pool proved useful after my sightseeing. the hotel is near the war remnants museum. I could walk there EASILY.
my room was small. many hotels are available with a better location, i think. i am writing this from a tourist perspective. the price seemed a bit high for the size of the room

attentive staff city view breakfast choices
the staff were attentive, especially with luggage assistance. my room was a beautiful double room city view and it had a good city view from the window. the included breakfast offered many choices, including pho and fresh fruit.
the elevator wait times could sometimes be a little long during peak hours.

helpful staff great breakfast convenient location
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered MANY selections. The location was GREAT. I walked all over town. War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, Post Office, and Cathedral are all within a short walk.
