wooden floor helpful staff adequate gym
i stayed three nights in a premium king room. the room had a nice wooden floor. the staff helped making food for my son, he is a fussy eater.

a tender stay in a treasured space
central location lavish buffet
I adored the central location. It was perfect for explorations! the breakfast was a lavish buffet. I particularly remember the egg station. the room was always super clean, a true haven after long days exploring.
the rooftop bar music was occasionally loud, especially late in the evening, and it disrupted the peaceful atmosphere of the room

rooftop garden pleasant staff good wifi dated decor small room pool maintenance
the rooftop garden bar was lovely. i found it to be a good place to relax after work. the wifi worked well. the staff were very attentive.
the room was a bit small. i did not find much room for my suitcases. the decor seemed dated. the pool area needs some upkeep.

charming stay!
great location huge selection
the location is definitely great! i walked to many restaurants and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it offered a huge selection with choices, satisfying everyone's tastes.
the rooftop bar was surprisingly understaffed one afternoon. the area felt uninviting without staff present or even comfortable chair cushions, so i went elsewhere.

the gym is spacious. linh, who works there, is very helpful and attentive. the hotel also has an internal pool, though the lift does not directly access the restaurant, pool or rooftop bar level, requiring a two-flight walk up.

excellent location tourist spots good pool tiny room dated decor horrific bacon
The Governor Suite King I stayed in included two rooms and two toilets. The location was excellent. Walking distance to tourist spots was short. The Opera House was also close by for tour pick ups. I also used the pool on the 5th floor (it was great at the end of the day).
I found the room was tiny. There was not enough room for the suitcases. The old building was lovely (it definitely had historical charm) but desperately needs upgrading with fresh paint and decor. The bacon at breakfast was horrific.
