the location is definitely great! i walked to many restaurants and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it offered a huge selection with choices, satisfying everyone's tastes.
the rooftop bar was surprisingly understaffed one afternoon. the area felt uninviting without staff present or even comfortable chair cushions, so i went elsewhere.

i had an executive governor suite king. it was very spacious. the beds featured crisp, super clean linens. everything felt very clean and well kept.

The Governor Suite King I stayed in included two rooms and two toilets. The location was excellent. Walking distance to tourist spots was short. The Opera House was also close by for tour pick ups. I also used the pool on the 5th floor (it was great at the end of the day).
I found the room was tiny. There was not enough room for the suitcases. The old building was lovely (it definitely had historical charm) but desperately needs upgrading with fresh paint and decor. The bacon at breakfast was horrific.
