The staff at reception, specifically Alice Otis, and Quoc, the bartender at the pool, were excellent. The rooms were very clean. Food at the upstairs bar was excellent. My husband and I will return and recommend it.

My room included a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked well. the hotel location was excellent, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. i also appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea. It was a nice touch.

the gym was quite small, with only a treadmill. i also found the street noise a bit loud at times, which affected sleep quality.
