loved the stay here

kind staff luxury decor

the staff were really kind. they helped me a lot. i enjoyed the rooftop bar. i loved the hotel decor, it felt luxury.

the hotel beds had medium firmness. this may not be firm enough for a pain free rest if you have back issues. i had some back pain.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

poor soundproofing inconsiderate staff

the music from the youth centre next door was excessively loud until late i found it difficult to sleep. the room lacked proper soundproofing. the reception staff offered little help with this issue. furthermore my request for a late check-out was not properly accommodated which inconvenienced my elderly sister.

The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfy. The rooftop pool was something else. Breakfast was good too. The cheese selection was excellent.

The rooftop bar had a very unprofessional waiter. She kept looking over and giving nasty looks. When I asked for the food menu, she brought the drinks menu instead. I asked again and she snatched the menu from my hands.
