tired carpets peeling paint

the carpets in the room looked a little tired the decor felt worn the main bed seemed frayed and possibly water damaged i noticed dust on the window sills with peeling paint which gave an unkempt impression

I got a Double Room. It was surprisingly spacious. The room included a mini kitchen. I appreciated having basic cooking facilities.

The carpets were worn. The decor seemed a bit worn too. I noticed marks on the walls.

decent stay, some minor issues

large room handy kitchenette disgusting carpet no coffee

the room was large FOR a city hotel. i was actually surprised by the kitchenette. it included a fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities.

the carpet in the bedroom was disgusting. there WAS no coffee shop in the hotel. we had to walk next door FOR breakfast.

peeling wallpaper musty smell

the rooms decor seemed a bit off. the wallpaper was peeling in several places. i also noticed a strange musty smell, especially strong near the bathroom. these issues detracted a bit from what i otherwise found adequate, still i had expected more attention to detail.

room size convenient location clean towels friendly staff

The room size was great and the included kitchenette was a nice feature. The room got cleaned daily and new towels were provided. The location is convenient with easy access to underground stations. The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The carpets in the hallways looked a little worn, needing replacement.
