unbeatable location clean room friendly staff good deal
the location was unbeatable (easy access to transportation made exploring simple). the room was clean when i arrived. i found the staff friendly. it was a good deal.
the shower temperature varied a bit.

charming stay near russell square
convenient location comfortable bed easy process great value
i found the location quite convenient near the station the value was really good i slept soundly the bed felt especially comfortable check-in and check-out were simple processes the location proved ideal for my plans the entire experience felt surprisingly peaceful
the decor seemed a little dated

convenient location helpful lady top floor no lift uncleaned linen
The location was indeed convenient. A helpful lady answered the entrance door right away. I found that very cute. The bed provided a place for rest.
The room was on the top floor and no lift existed. This made navigating with luggage difficult. Towels and linen were not changed, a fact that affected my overall comfort. I tried to contact the hotel to ask if I could keep my case there after checkout and I contacted them via the app and via phone no answer.

adequate stay, but some issues
non-functioning tv steep stairs
the tv in my room did not work, annoying after a long day (i really wanted to watch some news). also, the stairs to the top floor were very narrow and steep. it was difficult to carry my luggage up to the room. these issues detracted from what was otherwise an ok experience.

i wasn't sure about this stay, but it surprised me. the staff seemed helpful. the location is its best asset. it gives value for money. the bed was comfortable.
the shower was slick, i felt i could fall at any moment.
