the bathroom lacked toiletries, I was suprised by that. the towels felt quite rough. getting extra blankets for the pullout sofa involved a wait of almost an hour, it's annoying.

The pool area was nice.

My room wasn't ready until late. The front desk mentioned they didn't have enough cleaning staff. This seems to be a recurring problem. I'm disappointed that the issue wasn't resolved .

I really liked the multiple pool options. we spent time at the main lobby pool, as it was closest to our room. our room was spacious, and i loved having a washer and dryer. i also loved having an actual kitchen. It was very useful.

the room was not what i booked on the website. it looked old and dated and needs a refresh. luckily the toilet was white and clean. there was no sign of mold on it.
