The hotel has multiple pools along a walking path. This is convenient.
I found the room cleaning to be poor. There were short black hairs in the bathtub even after it was supposedly cleaned (it was quite unhygienic).

Acceptable Stay, but Several Issues
dirty room mobility issues
the breakfast was excellent. it had a good variety of options.
my accessible room was not cleaned upon arrival, i had to bring all my belongings back to the front desk. i suffer with mobility issues so this was very difficult. i also had trouble sleeping because i was in pain the next day i am still in pain. this was one of the worst experiences at a hotel i have had.

Excellent stay at Bonnet Creek!
breakfast buffet perfect omelettes delicious sushi
I am very happy with the breakfast buffet. Debra was an awesome host. Omelettes were perfect there. I also enjoyed the pizza restaurant. The sushi was delicious too.
I noticed the gym was dated with equipment issues. The two treadmills were not working properly. The one bike i used was not working correctly.

The resort is near Disney hotel. It is in the Bonnet Creek area, a beautiful place to stay. The proximity to the parks made traveling easy. Ubers were super cheap ensuring convenient transport.

Our beautiful room included two queen beds. The room was non smoking. The room service was very quick and efficient. We didn't have any issues with noise levels .

fantastic stay!
helpful staff delicious food
the hotel has many amenities. i especially liked sandy and richard in the café. they are friendly and courteous! the pool temperature felt great and the restaurants served delicious food.
the night staff was not very friendly. i found the receptionist to be quite rude and disrespectful. i hope this can be addressed, as it impacts the overall experience.

our beautiful king room had a balcony. it included plenty of charging points for phones and laptops. the room was clean and spacious! it had a king bed and modern decor.
