Fantastic stay!

This hotel is quiet and provides lots of parking, I found it so convenient. The location is great, close to all major attractions (especially Disney Parks!). Upscale surroundings are nice, and I appreciated the easy access to everyday necessities. There are lots of places close by where you can grab a bite to eat.
The traffic in the area is an issue sometimes. Getting out of Palm Parkway can be a chore, but it's manageable.

The room was very clean. There were two comfortable double beds and clean, nice-smelling linens (a must-have!). A microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker were available. there was an iron and ironing board available.

This hotel has nice pools with a small, aquatic playground. I saw families with children enjoying it a lot. The pools weren't too crowded, so that was great. There is a free shuttle to Disney, amazing.

The location is super. I saw restaurants and grocery stores very close by (that's a plus!). It's really near all the parks and has very easy access to major roads, which makes going around easy.

You can buy breakfast and dinner here. The options for meals have a big variety. I found a great selection of typical American foods, and the service was really attentive (especially during breakfast!).

the hotel offered a convenient location close to major attractions. I found ample parking available, which simplified coming and going. the beds were comfortable, and my kids felt secure . the proximity to nearby shops and restaurants was an additional bonus .
the ac unit in the room was noticeably loud, difficult to fall asleep.

This hotel offered multiple nice pools that were clean and well kept. the pools featured easy access to towels, ensuring convenience after a swim. families can enjoy a dedicated kids splash area. It's a great spot for young children.

The location was good. It was close to many restaurants nearby.
The room smelled strongly of smoke. Firefighters had to get him out. Getting the refund took over a week. They said it could take up to 30 days for international banks. I'm still waiting.

i found the hotel staff accommodating . they accepted all three of our pets, when the limit is usually two. everything i needed was available on site. during a stressful time, not knowing if i would have a home to return to, everyone was understanding and friendly.
the ac unit in my room was very loud. the room itself was also a bit old and lacked storage.
