The main pool near Hospitality House features a sandcastle waterslide and a dry sauna at the base of a lighthouse. Three additional all-ages quiet pools, each with a whirlpool spa, are located in the Old Turtle Pond, South Point, and Miller's Road sections. The 'Recreation, Exercise, Swimming and Tennis' complex near the main pool includes a 24-hour fitness center with treadmills, stair climbers, bikes, weight machines, and free weights. Guests can play complimentary foosball, pool, video games, ping-pong and shuffleboard, and check out equipment for tennis, basketball and volleyball at Conch Flats Community Hall. Two illuminated tennis courts are located near the main pool, plus a third court on Old Turtle Pond Road. Guests can find a basketball court near Hospitality House and a volleyball court near Hospitality House. Playgrounds are located near the main feature pool, the pool area at Old Turtle Pond and the pool area at South Point. There are Campfire Activities every night and there are available Watercraft.

Disney's Old Key West Resort is 35 km from Orlando International, and Epcot Center is a three-minute drive away via a free Disney bus. Disney Springs(R) Area and Epcot(R) are located near the property, which provides a marina, a poolside bar, and a playground. Bus stops located throughout the property offer complimentary bus transportation to most areas throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Minnie Van service connected by Lyft is available for travel within Walt Disney World Resort. Overnight self-parking is complimentary to Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels at Walt Disney World Resort. Standard self-parking is complimentary for day Guests while they enjoy select dining, shopping, entertainment and recreation experiences at this Disney Resort hotel.

Stamps are available for purchase at Conch Flats General Store. 24-hour self-service laundry rooms are available near each of the 4 pools, and villas with one or more bedrooms also feature in-room washers and dryers. Guests can choose from gift baskets, snack baskets, themed balloon bouquets and floral arrangements, and personalize in-room surprises. A full cleaning service is provided on the fourth day of visits longer than 8 nights, with trash and towel service on the eighth day. For non-Disney Vacation Club Members, rooms at Disney Deluxe Villas will receive daily full housekeeping service. Trash and towel service is provided on the eighth day of a visit.
