The room felt quite dated. The furniture looked worn, and the carpet had several visible stains. the noise from outside was noticeable (especially at night) making it difficult to sleep soundly. I reported the issues to the front desk but I didn't get the impression that anything would be done about it.

the room was outdated the lighting was bad the beds were not comfortable and the wifi was terrible it disconnected every three minutes the hotel advertises shuttles to the parks but they are very limited you must book in advance and they are more expensive than an uber the free shuttle is a lie you have to reserve a spot but you can't reserve it until you check in that is just ridiculous

the wifi was REALLY slow it kept disconnecting I was trying to stream a movie and it was impossible annoying is an understatement the old tv in the room didn't help things much either the channels were fuzzy the picture quality was bad who even uses cable anymore anyway

sylvia at the welcome desk provided options for a future stay offering a financial benefit for the right guests when time permitted it was a thoughtful touch.
i found the pillows quite hard and not very comfortable it affected my sleep a little each night. i think replacing them could enhance the overall experience .

the hotel offers luggage holding and that felt secure and greatly eased my travel arrangements i found this service very considerate. the reception staff were helpful and addressed any queries i had promptly and attentively.

the front desk service was good. there was lots of parking. the room had a good layout and comfortable beds. the pool areas are nice, and the lounge chairs are a plus.
the room i had looked dated. i found the shop prices to be very high. water bottles cost five dollars which was like a price gouge. i didn't like that.
