Convenient and clean stay near the port

port access attentive staff relaxed atmosphere

This hotel offered VERY convenient access to the port. It made our pre-cruise preparations much easier. The staff was attentive and worked hard to meet our needs. The pool was an AMAZING amenity, and the pool bar offered good service and a relaxed atmosphere.

The walls felt quite thin. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, slightly disruptive.

The front desk provided quick check-in. Staff offered helpful information about the area. Bell service was prompt and efficient with luggage handling. The team always was cheerful. The staff arranged port transportation services effectively.

The room included a king-sized bed, a work desk, and a sitting area, and it was VERY clean! The air conditioning system worked efficiently to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower. It had good water pressure.

Convenient location and great Amenities

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the port. This made getting to my cruise ship very easy. The pool area featured music and the atmosphere was relaxed. Food at the pool bar was good, and it seemed reasonably priced. I was happy to find various eateries located within WALKING distance.

The room wasn't serviced daily. It was a slight inconvenience. I needed to request fresh towels from the reception. I hope that daily service can be offered in THE future.

The front desk staff provided helpful and enthusiastic service. Port transportation proved efficient, also a great value. The responsiveness and attentiveness of the staff definitely enhanced the overall experience I had here.

The queen room was super clean and cozy, and this provided a relaxing space. It was evident that effort was put into maintaining the rooms. The room was spacious and well-kept.

the rooms was newly renovated and were pretty functional.

The floors in the room were sticky and the pillows were terrible. It made for a pretty uncomfortable sleep. i could also hear every guest rolling their luggage past my door due to uneven floors outside.
