slow elevators broken ice machine
The elevators were a joke. they took forever. It was faster to use the stairs even though i was on the tenth floor. also the ice machine on my floor was broken. i had to go down to the eighth floor every time i wanted ice, really inconvenient. It was a waste of my time.

soft beds defective lights
the staff was accessible to many things to do in the area.
the beds were excessively soft. i was like i was falling off the side. defective lights needed several requests before they were looked at.

beautiful hotel attentive staff streaming services non-functional guide
the hotel was beautiful. the front desk staff was top notch. i found the lady professional and attentive.
i know when you're here you probably don't want to be watching tv much. this hotel did not have the option to log into streaming services. the tv guide wasn't working half the day either so you had to just scroll through channels to find something you like.
