Acceptable Stay but Lacking Attention to Detail
slow service non-functional ac
The air conditioning did not function properly. I contacted staff multiple times without resolution (this was frustrating). A pizza order took over an hour to arrive after being quoted 30 minutes. Breakfast service also disappointed. I requested aloo cheese paratha that never looked, despite a promise of fresh preparation. (I waited a long time).

helpful staff comfortable stay difficult check-in room key
the staff is amazing, they really enhanced my stay. ms champa, shagufta, and anil, the concierge, ensured i had utmost comfort. i found the service to be really good.
The check-in and check-out processes were quite poor. i arrived very late and they had given my pre-paid room away. the hotel disabled my room key prematurely. This was without any intimation or warning.
