the team upgraded us to a beautiful suite it was decorated for my husband's birthday. framed pictures of us were placed around the room. jasmeet kaur coordinated everything with care and attention to detail. her planning made this celebration lovely.

the room tv was not working and got disconnected regularly. food taste and variety in both lounge and restaurant were not good. the same food item was recycled at multiple places the food taste was also not satisfactory.

i found the staff caring and the view nice. the management really cared about the guests and were very responsive. the welcome was great and the exit formalities were also great.

i noticed there was no ambience upon entering the lobby. the layout of the room felt haphazard. the bathroom has two cubicles for the toilet and shower room.

i loved the breakfast at this hotel. i was greeted with warm welcome. the breakfast spread included menu options in great amount. i thank chef narayan, krish and server siddhesh for their kindness. they made sure everything was top notch and they were attentive and friendly.

i had issue with the service provided . the staff seemed somewhat disoriented. i called the front desk multiple times requesting a toothbrush, yet it was not delivered promptly. my wife had to ask the room service directly.

the restaurant offered several options, and the chefs accommodated requests. i saw that buffet islands displayed various dishes in engaging ways. the team was keen with respect to needs at tables, and food replenishment happened from the buffet.
