tv malfunctionlimited room service
The tv in my room didn't work. It couldn't access any channels, netflix, or hotel information like restaurant hours. ordering room service was difficult because it was only available by phone. there were no images of the dishes, so i didn't always know what to expect.

the breakfast spread offered a good variety of options. the decor throughout the hotel felt very modern.
Check-in felt slow. the staff also seemed slow when helping with bags. It was inconvenient.

broken tvdifficult assistance
i was quite disappointed with a couple of aspects . first, the tv in my room did not work at all. i could not access any channels or streaming services. second the room service was only reachable by phone. there was no way to order online from the pool, and it was difficult to get assistance unless someone happened to walk by.

superb hotel experience!
modern decorvaried breakfasthelpful staffurgent assistance
the hotel's decor is modern, and the breakfast spread had a great variety! i found the staff to be professional, always smiling, and very helpful. the laundry department assisted me with a pressing request on the day of checkout, and i am so thankful for their assistance! they cleaned my clothes quickly, even with my late checkout time.

The gym is located on the first floor and is accessible. The pool is also on the first floor. events are hosted, but the event space is separate. This keeps the reception and lobby from getting too crowded.
