The location is quite convenient, placing me just a short walk from the beach. i found the rooftop pool especially nice. It provided a lovely space for relaxation.

I found the steps at the hotel entrance a bit steep and there were no handrails. the breakfast area was often crowded and noisy during peak hours. sound insulation seemed inadequate. Noise from adjacent rooms was sometimes disruptive.

I especially loved the breakfast buffet. The options were broad and fresh. the rooftop pool and bar gave a beautiful space to relax, a true highlight. the staff were pretty good, something you remember. i found the room comfortable.

The vanity around the sink was slightly small. It made organizing toiletries a bit of a squeeze.

the staff was friendly. breakfast was fine (nothing lovely, mind you).

the room felt smaller than advertised, disappointing. also, the noise from the night market went on until late. finally, i saw the deputy manager scolding an employee in front of guests. (not a great look!)

the hotel's location near my khe beach proved very convenient. a 24/7 mart located in the lobby made it easy to purchase necessities. the cleanliness and facilities impressed me. the staff was helpful.

the elevators experienced delays getting to and from floors which was only a minor inconvenience.

Acceptable Hotel Stay

friendly staff beach location sound proofing disorganized breakfast missing cutlery cold pool

The staff I met was really nice the whole time. Ani was very friendly she gave us links for tours. the location is good near the beach and away from a busy street where there is lots of noise. The rooms got proper sound proofing so I didn't hear anything unless I opened the windows.

The breakfast did get a bit disorganized I think. Food was running out then not replenished or minimally, that not good. It was strange to have no cutlery on tables also. You had to find it scattered in different spots, then organize plates etc. The pool seemed cold, also mostly covered with afternoon tea items basically pulled from breakfast buffet.
