the hotel's location near my khe beach proved very convenient. a 24/7 mart located in the lobby made it easy to purchase necessities. the cleanliness and facilities impressed me. the staff was helpful.

The staff I met was really nice the whole time. Ani was very friendly she gave us links for tours. the location is good near the beach and away from a busy street where there is lots of noise. The rooms got proper sound proofing so I didn't hear anything unless I opened the windows.

The breakfast did get a bit disorganized I think. Food was running out then not replenished or minimally, that not good. It was strange to have no cutlery on tables also. You had to find it scattered in different spots, then organize plates etc. The pool seemed cold, also mostly covered with afternoon tea items basically pulled from breakfast buffet.
