Acceptable but Disappointing in Some Areas

inconvenient bathroom underwhelming pool

The family room layout could have been better thought out. We were four people, but there was only one bathroom, inconvenient after beach trips. The rooftop pool felt underwhelming, and there wasn't much to do nearby without a taxi. Breakfast was also just okay. It was nothing special. I wished the hotel had better planning for families.

amazing stay!

helpful staff front desk relaxing massage fantastic job

the staff were super friendly and accommodating. anna at the front desk was particularly helpful. i got a discount for a really relaxing massage. the ladies from reception did a fantastic job and helped me when i got food poisoning!

The new year evening party seemed poorly organised. Some items stated on the advert were not present.

The hotel is right across from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, so it was really convenient for exploring. I didn't have to walk far to find anything i needed. it was easy to get around from there.

The breakfast buffet included western and asian options, and the eggs were freshly made upon request. I enjoyed a lot of variety. the hotel had a covered pool overlooking the ocean, it was a nice spot to relax after a long day.

the reception staff were helpful and eager to assist with any questions or requests i had. they helped arrange day trips and provided beach towels and umbrellas, this was really useful.

friendly staff great breakfast loud noise terrible wifi

the staff was friendly. the breakfast had a great variety.

I asked for a quiet room. i was given a room directly beneath the restaurant kitchen, i was awaken before 5am by loud noises. the wifi in the room was terrible. I had to stand by the door to get a decent signal.

great assistance high standard freshly prepared eggs

the staff offered great assistance with day trips. we were in different rooms, all with a high standard. the restaurant had western and eastern delights for breakfast. eggs were freshly prepared upon request.

the single glazed windows caused noise from the beachfront, a common issue for beachfront hotels.
