The location was GREAT, providing easy access to local attractions. Daily room cleaning kept everything super clean. The washroom was modern with consistent water temperature. I found the rooftop terrace offered a quiet retreat with panoramic city views.

The gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

The reception staff provided really good support with directions and local insights. They arranged transportation efficiently and were ALWAYS available to address any concerns with a smile. Alina, Hannah, and Lisa offered superb service.

the window was broken in my room. the air conditioner was very loud. because of this, i could not sleep well.

the location was good, close to the beach.. many food options were also nearby. the front desk staff was always available and helpful. i stayed in a sea view suite and found the 60m2 of space ample.

i found no air conditioning in the reception area. the tv in my room did not function properly. i booked with breakfast included, but it was not provided ..
