amazing customer service!

the front desk staff were so polite. they were expert at being nice but they moved things along quickly. the room included a balcony overlooking the garden, so it was completely silent at night. the bed was super comfy.

the bathroom's marble made it a little slippery.

the location was super close to all attractions. it was also quiet and not near the party scene. it's right on the main street that people use to move through the historic area. everything is walkable.

a staff member came out and got me parked even before i checked in. the staff gave great information about what to do. they could also recommend specific restaurants based on what you wanted to eat.

the room had classic copper piping in the bathroom and shower. push bikes were available to rent for free. pool towels could be taken to the beach! that was super practical.

the staff were friendly and cute. i especially appreciated the refreshing lime juice and towel upon arrival. rossie, the general manager, personally ensured i enjoyed my stay and tours. they also helped me arrange a coconut boat tour at a reasonable price, i had a fantastic time.

the marble bathroom was very slippery when wet (we had to use extra towels on the floor).

the hotel provides free bicycles with baskets (very convenient for exploring). they offered a service for laundry every day , it was super useful. i also saw staff helping with motorbikes, ensuring they were safely parked.

breakfast had a wide variety of options, including main courses, fruits, and bread (way beyond my expectations!). the staff provided a service with packed meal boxes for early morning tours, it was very thoughtful. i noticed a daily soup option available.

the location is right in the historic center (you can walk to all the main attractions). shops are just around the hotel, it made everything so convenient. restaurants near the river are also within walking distance.
