I stayed in a premier suite twin city view balcony. the room had two twin beds. the balcony gave me a great view of the city... i enjoyed watching the city lights at night. breakfast was fantastic. The buffet had a huge selection of items.

The gym lacked some heavier weights. The dumbbells only went up to 20kg.

The room had a balcony, which i enjoyed. The shower was large, very convenient. I appreciated the ocean view from the room, it was relaxing.

The check-in was rather slow, i noticed. Staff mentioned a free upgrade but it was the room i booked. The service did not quite match the facilities, it was my impression. THE service at the pool also felt slow.

the hotel sits right at the beach (i found that very convenient). also, many choices for dining and shopping are just behind the hotel within a short walk.

i. when i arrived, the receptionist did not mention anything about free meals at all, so i showed her the emails we had actually exchanged. she said she would give me a takeaway breakfast, with a look of annoyance.

The hotel's location was acceptable. It faced the beach.

The curtains in my room were NOT blackout curtains, so i was awake at 6am because of the light. the sound proofing was poor. Vehicle noise was very audible.

the hotel's location is superb, providing easy access to local attractions. i found the breakfast selection to be extensive and of a high quality, catering to many tastes. the staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness and attentiveness to any needs i had .

the elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours.

The rooms included comfortable bedding and sufficient space for luggage. a well stocked minibar was available, along with a coffee machine. I found both to be useful. the bathroom offered a separate shower and bathtub.

The rooftop pool provided fine city views. Many lounge chairs surrounded it. the fitness center included several treadmills and weight machines. I used them regularly. a spa offered various treatments and massages. I booked a hot stone massage.

the location was decent, just a street away from the beach. that was acceptable.

the suite i booked, a two-bedroom one, turned out to be two connecting rooms. i do not consider this a proper suite. i expected more separation and better use of the space.
