the room was spacious and clean. the rooftop pool was close, but the noise did travel. i accidentally booked this hotel while my group booked a similar-named one, but i was lucky to have picked the 4-star hotel. the spa didn't work in my room, but the hotel itself was great.

The room was spacious with good city views. Breakfast offered many choices with fruits and local dishes. The staff was friendly and efficient! They helped me arrange trips and excursions. Huyen at the spa was very helpful in the swimming pool area.
The gym needs maintenance, and air conditioning should be added for the very hot days. It is a little far from the main hub.
