ground floor suite nice pool cute decorations

I appreciated the staff moving me to the ground floor suite. this was very thoughtful because of my mobility. the pool was very nice. I enjoyed my swims. decorations throughout the hotel were very cute.

the pillows were deteriorating and the stuffing was lumpy.

shower mould musky smell

The room i had was not as clean as it should have been. there was mould in the shower on the grout and ceiling. I also noticed it on the bedroom walls. the room had a constant musky smell and i had to mop the floor when i arrived because it was so gritty and dirty. one day the room was left open after cleaning, and there is no safe in the bedroom.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

fantastic staff comfortable bed

I found the staff to be fantastic. The pool was nice, and I enjoyed a very good breakfast. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and I recommend a room with a pool view if you like it quieter.

The hot water lasted only a minute. It was hard to have a hot shower when more than one person wanted to use it.

Zoey, a super staff member, provided us with recommendations. She helped with Hoi An, Marble Mountains, and foot massage parlors. She also suggested to-do lists. She checked in on us.

helpful staff quiet neighborhood mold presence limited breakfast

The staff was nice and helpful. The location provided easy access to many restaurants and markets. I found it convenient to reach everything I needed. The neighborhood felt quiet, therefore I had a good night's sleep.

The room was not cleaned well. I spotted some mold present on the walls. The breakfast was limited and it was difficult to find appealing choices.

I was a bit disappointed. the room smelled quite musty. i noticed some mould in the shower. it made me wonder about the air quality. the breakfast selection felt limited. I wished for more variety.
