anio hotel, was so good

spacious room clean room great staff free shuttle

the room was very spacious and clean. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the shower was huge and had good water pressure. breakfast was yummy with many options. the pool and lounge chairs were great. the staff were friendly and helpful. there is a free shuttle to ancient town and a nearby beach. it is a twenty minute walk to the ancient town. i like being a bit removed from the hustle.

the staff was attentive. i really appreciated the airport pickup service arranged through them. they assisted efficiently with luggage shipment, coordinating with a trusted vendor. breakfast included delicious fruit, western, and asian options plus fresh juice and daily egg and noodle bars.

the soundproofing could be improved.

The breakfast selection included delicious fruit and Asian style breakfast. I really liked the fresh juice. The staff helped me reserve a taxi pickup from the airport. They were very attentive.

underwhelming stay , some issues need addressing

slow restocking worn towels

the location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The breakfast service felt disorganized , with slow restocking of items. the quality of the food was not great and by 9:30 a.m. , it seemed like the service was already winding down. bathroom towels require immediate replacement . They are worn.

the pool was nice. i like the water temperature and how clean they keep it.

my room felt old. i noticed small spiders coming from the wooden furniture. the location is away from the city center. grab services often canceled on us, difficult to get around.
