Excellent Stay Experience

This was my second time staying. The reservation team contacted and checked every detail. Kate and Keng acknowledged honeymoon status at check-in. Pang delivered luggage with a smile, placing it properly. I also had lunch and dinner in Red Oven. The restaurant host, Pangpond (Nancy), was very kind while serving.

I noticed the room lacked tea cups. There was a coffee machine and tea provided. This omission was surprising and slightly inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet featured a large selection of Asian and European dishes. The hotel is near the LUMPHINI Metro station so it was easy to travel to Chinatown or Sukhumvit.

The hotel had a fire drill but there was no announcement over the PA system.

absolute disaster elevators broken sauna

the room was large and quiet. the bathtub was fantastic. i had access to the executive lounge area. they served complimentary cocktails and afternoon tea daily. it was a very pleasant and comfortable spot to sit.

the elevators are an absolute disaster. they take forever and i had to catch 2 different elevators just to get to my room. it's strange how they designed this.. i had to plan for an extra 15 minutes just to get in and out of my room. the sauna was broken too.

The location allows for quick access to public transport. It is a short walk from Siam and the shopping area. The infinity pool overlooking Lumphini Park provides a picturesque view. The rooftop swim each night became a highlight of my trip.

a reasonably pleasant visit

convenient location buffet breakfast slow check-in worn equipment

i found the location very convenient. the hotel is directly across from lumpini park and the lumpini mrt station allows easy access to many areas. buffet breakfasts were yummy and plentiful. the staff seemed happy to help. they greeted me with a smile.

the ground floor had the concierge. i needed to take a lift to the 9th floor to reach the lobby. check-in was not especially fast. the lobby is beside a bar that operates late. it played music with a dj. i felt the condition of the equipment was worn despite the hotel being relatively new.
