outdated furniture pathetic hairdryer
The breakfast had good quality with various food options. The Teva restaurant staff were efficient.
The room felt old with outdated furniture. The hairdryer was pathetic, and the fridge did NOT cool properly. There were also NO convenient plug points in the room, I expected more.

slow check-in bad pillow
The staff was helpful and friendly.
Check-in took a long time. GIVING u a room took too much time too. The extra bed is really for children, and the pillow for that bed is not good.

great food convenient location
The Scarlett restaurant, on the thirty-seventh floor, offered great food. I appreciated the convenient location for visiting the King Power Mahanakon Tower. It was close by.
The pool area had limited space for sun loungers. This made it difficult to catch some rays.

clean room polite staff
The room was super clean (super clean!). i noticed the white design immediately and it felt very fresh and modern. most of the staff were really polite and service-minded which i always appreciate. i really enjoyed the city view from my room too. It was lovely to see the city.
the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room as well as i'd hoped during the first night.

loud noise air conditioning
the breakfast choices were plenty.
my room had some issues. the air conditioning was making a loud noise like a machine, so i asked the reception about this. it was supposed to be fixed, but nothing happened. i decided to check out one day earlier than planned.
