great foodconvenient location
The Scarlett restaurant, on the thirty-seventh floor, offered great food. I appreciated the convenient location for visiting the King Power Mahanakon Tower. It was close by.
The pool area had limited space for sun loungers. This made it difficult to catch some rays.

The room was super clean (super clean!). i noticed the white design immediately and it felt very fresh and modern. most of the staff were really polite and service-minded which i always appreciate. i really enjoyed the city view from my room too. It was lovely to see the city.
the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room as well as i'd hoped during the first night.

my room had some issues. the air conditioning was making a loud noise like a machine, so i asked the reception about this. it was supposed to be fixed, but nothing happened. i decided to check out one day earlier than planned.
