Charming Stay!

convenient location flexible check-in helpful staff

The location was super convenient near the university. The neighborhood felt safe. I appreciated the flexible check-in times since my schedule varies. The staff were always kind. They were also very helpful. The rooms had comfortable beds and the showers worked fine.

I found the decor a little dated. Structurally it seems it is under-maintained, but was clean.

A bakery and coffee shop were located next door. Several nice restaurants could be found nearby. I found many options within walking distance. There were lots of cafe's to explore too, it was very pleasant.

The staff were very nice. They did a good job with cleaning and general room service. The owners were super great. They seemed always ready to help with any questions.

The location is fantastic and close to the botanic gardens. It is also near the subway line. This made access to the city centre easy. Kelvingrove Museum is within walking distance. We loved it.

The wifi worked well. Each room usually includes a kettle. Tea and coffee are available in the rooms. The window in my room had a good size. I especially loved it.

the staff always go above and beyond. i found a big appreciation for the staff and their hospitality. the staff are the reason why i return. they will do anything to help you out!

my room was between reception and the main entrance, so it was noisy. the windows in the room faced the main road? and the traffic was constant throughout the night.

the room was spacious and notably clean the bed provided excellent comfort and i appreciated the crisp fresh bedding all staff members i encountered were friendly i could also safely store my luggage after checkout to collect it later

ground floor room helpful staff room size

The room was close to the main door on the ground floor. This helped a lot with my luggage. the size of the room was adequate for sleeping and storing my belongings. the staff was friendly and helpful! i found the window to be a good size.

The footsteps above were noticeable. I suggest they improve the sound insulation for better sleep
