the double or twin room was a good size. the restaurant food tasted fantastic. i thought the staff were friendly. the bus stop right outside was very useful for going to glasgow.
Breakfast did not include much variety. There was only one choice.

the receptionist was friendly and really helpful, so that was appreciated. the room provided was a great size. it was comfortable and very clean, just what i needed before my cycling trip.
the tv was on too loud from nearly midnight until early morning in the room next to mine. there was no phone to call reception. i had to ask them myself to be quieter because i needed sleep.

i found the king size beds to be quite spacious. the ensuite bathroom in my 'family room' included multiple amenities. the restaurant was a pleasant surprise (i enjoyed both indian and european options).
the room was slightly noisy due to road traffic.

The room was a good size and comfortable. The location is ideal, a short drive from the city. Breakfast was great and the service was friendly, especially at breakfast. I found the price reasonable.
The reception staff seemed quite rude and short when I arrived. I did not feel welcome. I was given a key after paying and had to ask where the room was.

the room included tea and coffee facilities. the room was also equipped with a tv. staff members were pleasant. the hotel was quiet, and i slept great.
i noticed a price of 6.99 on a wine bottle neck. the menu price was 23.99. a waitress explained that it was her own wine brought by mistake. the table behind us had the same bottle with the same price.
