I stayed for a week under half board. Our breakfast and dinner were included. with this board, we had access to a buffet at breakfast and dinner. the buffet was decent, but after a week, it became a bit monotonous. the bedrooms were very good, and you could not hear anyone next to you. the room was kept super clean every day.
the aircon turns off after a rough period of 2 hours as its motion detected. this meant we woke up hot and had to reactivate it at night. the hotel arranges free classes or activities each day. on 3 separate occasions we tried to attend a scheduled class, and no instructor turned up.

the facilities were very good. i appreciated the separate pools and restaurants specifically for adults and families. the service staff were helpful and friendly. all the staff spoke very good english, a great help to me.
The air conditioning sometimes switched off after a couple of hours. I had to reactivate it.

uneven experience
ineffective air conditioningrepetitive breakfast
the air conditioning was not effective it struggled to cool the room and often switched off. it was quite annoying to wake up in the middle of the night feeling hot. also, the breakfast buffet became repetitive after a few days there weren't enough options to keep it interesting for a longer stay.
