Really good Stay near Lake
central location good variety attractive design business center
The location is quite central. The business center is close. It is also near shopping on Bahnhofstrasse. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The furniture in the restaurant has a very attractive design.
The room could use some soundproofing, as I could hear street noise.

The breakfast included fresh salmon each day. I found that appealing. The breakfast service featured a good selection of items, with hot dishes and fresh fruit available. I especially liked the local pastries.

The hotel has multiple tram stations within a short walk. A supermarket is conveniently located around the corner from the hotel. The shores of Lake are a short walk. I could see the Swiss Alps in the distance on a clear day.

The hotel's location was very convenient. The proximity to the lake. i found the breakfast to be excellent, a wide variety was available. the staff were helpful and always ready to assist. I appreciated their friendliness. the room was spacious and clean. I liked it.
the air conditioning was surprisingly loud. it was an in-window option, a surprise.

The hotel is situated close to the lake, only a short walk away. the business district, and opera house are easily accessible. I found that convenient. central areas are within walking distance. I walked a lot.

The breakfast offered a good selection. I enjoyed the variety each morning. the front desk staff were professional and accommodating. I was grateful. they allowed a late check-out. That was helpful.

kind staff excellent location welcome surprise
the check-in staff was very kind. they provided an upgrade (a very welcome surprise!). the location is excellent. it is very central and makes getting around easy.

Charmed by Location and Excellent Breakfast
train station easy tram access excellent breakfast pleasant staff
Location was a charm. I was near the train station. Tram access was easy once I figured them out. Breakfast was my best experience. It was excellent and very fulfilling.
The tv in my room was small. The bed felt not comfortable, and I struggle with pillow.

The breakfast has divine. Staff are pleasant and very accommodating. They have many choices in the buffet. Food is fresh and delicious. I enjoyed eating there every morning .

Acceptable stay overall
great location enjoyable breakfast unreplenished shower gel foul smell
The hotel location was GREAT, it made it easy to walk to the town center. The breakfast offered a pleasant start to the day. Bacon and eggs were a PARTICULAR highlight.
The housekeeping could be improved. The shower gel was not replenished after being used up. I found that ACs do not work in most rooms. Rooms have a foul smell the staff can't get rid of.
