The building's 15th-century architecture offered a unique historical experience (very excellent). The central location provided easy access to various shops and the Information Centre. I found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful .
The absence of a lift was slightly inconvenient, especially with luggage.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. I enjoyed the delicious gluten-free fish and chips for dinner. I really liked it!!! The staff were very friendly and created a warm atmosphere. The building's beauty added to the overall experience.
The hot water was not available for the entirety of my stay, which lasted two nights. This made showering very difficult and quite unpleasant.

our room was not ready until late , impacting our plans. the staff seemed overworked and disorganized , a consequence of them filling multiple roles. the room rate of £190 per night felt excessive considering these issues.

i wanted to eat at the pub but they told me to get a takeaway. they told me i should eat at another pub, annoying. my room felt gloomy and not loved.

i had a wonderful four night stay the staff were amazing they were super friendly helpful and efficient my luggage was taken to my room the room henry viii had a very cosy atmosphere the bed was comfortable the shower worked very well the food was generous very hot and fresh the staff were kind and attentive
