excessive noise poor safety
the room was clean and modern.
My stay had some issues. the noise from a function was excessive late into the night, this was very annoying. additionally, the fire alarm went off at 4:15am and there were no staff on site. This raised concerns regarding guest safety as there was nobody to assist with the evacuation or confirm if any guests remained inside.

amazing staff super clean room hospitality tray poor service unwelcoming feeling rushed order
the staff are amazing! the rooms are super clean, it's all new and very classy. there is bottled water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits on the hospitality tray. the bathroom has soap and shampoo, also hairdryers are provided.
i came for food and had a table. i was not reserved and i was rushed to order food. i had a feeling i wasn't welcome as it was only early. i will not try it again because of very poor customer service from the barman.

noise disruption insufficient counter
The location proved convenient. My room was adequately sized. My stay involved a noticeable temperature issue. The room became uncomfortably hot, even with the thermostat set low. Opening a window was not viable because of constant noise from nearby equipment, it disrupted sleep. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space too. It made organizing toiletries difficult.
