The breakfast was really good! they had eggs, cheeses, and bakery items, not just cornflakes! the hotel's location is awesome. Most places i wanted to see were within walking distance. the reception staff were super friendly and helpful! i really felt welcome
My shower was freezing cold. There was no hot water! the night receptionist wasn't helpful at all, frustrating. the air conditioning didn't work. The room got really warm, and i couldn't cool it down

the hotel's location proved convenient for exploring the city. tram lines are very close, providing quick access to various attractions. the room was quiet, which helped for restful nights.. i appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities.
the coffee from the breakfast machine tasted somewhat weak, and the selection of pastries could have been better. i found myself wishing for stronger coffee.

The staff members were consistently polite and efficient . check-in was handled quickly, and any requests i had were addressed promptly. Their assistance was valuable for navigation. the reception area was always tidy.
