They thoughtfully provided a map highlighting local restaurants and key tourist destinations. i found the hotel's location convenient because i could walk to most places. the breakfast offered a wide array of choices. the room was spacious. It had thoughtful design.

The street noise was a little loud at times. Trams passed nearby.

the LOCATION was marvelous. my room was notably spacious and VERY comfortable. i found a tea set with biscuits at the reception, and it was a great touch.

the SOUNDPROOFING was very poor, mostly from outside. i stayed on the second floor, and noise from the smaller street was VERY loud. unfortunately, my sleep was disturbed.

There was no shampoo or shower gel provided for three days. The hanging dispenser was full of water. I had to repeatedly ask for coffee, water, and towels.
