helpful staff public transport thin wall watered soap

the staff were very helpful (especially at the front desk). i appreciated the cleanliness in my room. the location is close to public transport stations. i also found some nice restaurants nearby.

the walls seemed thin. i could easily hear my neighbors (they were quite loud). the hand soap in my room seemed watered down. it felt strange for a luxury hotel.

huge choice quality products attentive staff vegan kefir

the breakfast had a huge choice of quality products. the staff were attentive and remembered my coffee order from the previous day. i appreciated the vegan kefir and chia puddings.

The street level noise in the rooms impacted sleep quality. Earplugs were supplied.

underwhelming experience

malfunctioning temperature control exorbitant minibar prices

the hotel's location was convenient to reach many attractions.

The room's temperature control malfunctioned. The air conditioning only seemed to produce heat. this. additionally, i found the minibar prices excessive, even for a hotel of this supposed caliber, charging exorbitant rates for basic snacks and drinks.
