The hotel features a well-equipped fitness room and a good sauna. The pool was a welcome respite each evening. Its proximity to the Pavlova metro station made city exploration easy. The breakfast variety was charming, with daily pastry changes to keep it interesting.

My room lacked drawers and shelves. This was a little inconvenient.

tasty breakfast safe location vibrant neighbourhood small iron stand insufficient space unsympathetic response

I appreciate the tasty breakfast items. Pastries varied daily, so things did not get boring. The hotel location is safe with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was about a twenty minute walk to the central area.

I encountered a iron room, it was clearly made for kids. The stand could barely fit one item of clothing at a time. There were no place to hang clothes I ironed. I did not feel the front desk understood my problem.

the superior twin room offered ample space. the breakfast buffet was varied and included a chef preparing eggs. the staff were helpful and proficient in english. This made communication easy.

the air conditioning in my room seemed to struggle a bit to keep up with the outside temperature.

a tender embrace in the heart of it all

room cleanness spacious room fabulous breakfast staff kindness

The room provided a haven of cleanliness and spaciousness, i found pure comfort. breakfast offered a fabulous array of choices, a good start to each day. the staff acted with such kindness. Their warmth touched my heart. i seemed like everything catered to making our stay perfect!!!

The lift services experienced minor hiccups, with one of them undergoing repairs. A slight inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience.

The breakfast selection featured many tasty items. I found the pastries changed daily adding a playful surprise. the restaurant also provided a good dinner option, offering a culinary experience to savor and cherish, and drinks were amazing!!!

Kate and sandra at reception showed very nice understanding. They ensured we settled in perfectly upon arrival. their logistics were smooth, catering to our preferences and providing extra time at checkout, and the staff were genuinely friendly. i felt so loved!!!

gluten-free choices breakfast buffet

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection with healthy options. i found gluten-free choices easily. the kids corner offered toys and an xbox. This entertained children well, and we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the temperature in the room was high, and the air conditioning did not work perfectly.
