My room was quite clean. The check-in process was also fast. I found the staff to be helpful , especially with directions and local tips. They also stored my bags after checkout until my train departed.
I noticed the curtains in my room did not fully block out light.

The hotel has a tram stop very close to the entrance, made getting to the city center easy. I appreciated the proximity to Vysehrad, nice for a quick walk to visit the historical site.

A coffee machine was in my room, a nice addition for morning coffee. There are also good dining options located near the hotel, providing convenient alternatives for meals. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast.

My room was spacious enough and it included big, comfortable beds with large pillows. The bathroom was very clean and well kept. I noticed a good supply of toiletries. A dryer, an electric kettle, coffee, and tea were available.

The receptionists were accommodating and friendly, especially when I needed assistance. I also appreciated that the staff speaks multiple languages. I had a request granted, so the manager was also generous.

The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a massive size, I was happy. The coffee machine in the room was useful. I found a tram stop right outside the hotel (very convenient). The new Town was within walking distance.

The hotel is located near a tram station. A supermarket is nearby (very practical). I consider the location to be safe and relatively quiet, despite the street view.

I found a pub and restaurant 50 meters from the entrance. Prices there were significantly lower than in central areas. The hotel does not include breakfast, but there are places nearby where you can get breakfast.
