Excellent Tram Access and Modern Bath
helpful staff tram access modern room spacious bathroom
The staff were very helpful I found. The hotel is near a tram stop it made access easy. My room was clean and modern. The bathroom had everything I needed it was spacious.
I noted a slight aroma in some parts of the hotel this was minor though.

The reception staff are friendly they efficiently stored our luggage post-checkout. The staff offer support and assistance with directions I noticed. They ensure guests feel welcome and supported during their visit this is valuable.

solid stay with great transport links
spacious room tram stop weekend parking
the room featured two balconies and was notably spacious! a tram stop right outside made access to the city center simple. weekend parking nearby offered a convenient perk. the bathroom size was appreciable.
the room felt quite cold, and resolving the heating issue proved difficult. i requested a change but was not accommodated. this impacted comfort .

The team was helpful in directing guests to nearby attractions. the reception area was usually staffed. assistance with luggage storage was available upon request. The personnel showed dedication.

Tram access is directly accessible from the front entrance! various shops exist in proximity to the building. a continental breakfast at the nearby restaurant was available. It was delicious.

great stay with easy access to the city
good size room needed facilities tram stop kind staff
the room was a good size and included all needed facilities. it exceeded my expectations. the tram stop was right outside the hotel, a real bonus. i found it very easy to get to the city center by tram. the staff were kind and helpful (especially when i asked for directions).
the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking.

the location was convenient. a tram stop placed just around the corner provided easy access. reaching the city center took only about 15 minutes by tram. a lidl market was nearby, a nice convenience (i needed it!).

dirty carpets worn furniture
the hotel's location next to the tram stop was useful for getting into the city center.
The cleanliness was noticeably poor. The furniture looked old and worn, and the carpets were dirty. room service was almost non-existent. i expected a better standard of upkeep, especially for the price.

My room was quite clean. The check-in process was also fast. I found the staff to be helpful , especially with directions and local tips. They also stored my bags after checkout until my train departed.
I noticed the curtains in my room did not fully block out light.

The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a massive size, I was happy. The coffee machine in the room was useful. I found a tram stop right outside the hotel (very convenient). The new Town was within walking distance.
