I appreciated the staff. They were polite and helpful, offering assistance with directions and recommendations. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a restful place. I really enjoyed the beautiful café next door, convenient for meals.

the apartment was fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. having a separate bedroom made a difference to comfort. the apartment was pristine and spacious. the staff offered local tips.

The room had its own kitchen with a dishwasher, almost like an apartment. There were two toilets in the room. A washing machine was available, useful (for longer stays). The location was superb.

The rooms were semi-autonomous. This place does not offer breakfast. I had to find a place nearby for this service.

location good but some issues

faulty coffee machine limited minibar

i found a couple of things disappointing . firstly, the coffee machine in the room didn't work properly (it seemed old). it took ages to brew a single cup. secondly, the minibar wasn't very well stocked (i expected more variety). it was a shame, because otherwise, the room was quite nice (especially the washing machine!).

The advertised rate had A hidden surcharge. i was asked to pay an extra 120 EUR. also, the room service menu was limited. It did not offer many options and i found it disappointing.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the tram stop.

The room was not properly cleaned. I found hair in the bathroom. also, the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and the pastries tasted stale, i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
