I loved the seamless access from the parking area directly to our room, and then to the water park. everything was well organized for families. The cleanliness was really good. the restaurants were easily accessible, contributing to a stress-free experience, i also liked the connected facilities.
Some staff could have been more helpful and friendlier. This would have.

the access to the water park was super easy and extended opening times were very convenient. the staff provided bracelets for easy entry and also provided towels, improving our overall experience. overall organization for families was amazing.

The indoor water park was a major highlight. My kids loved it. the water park had plenty of slides suitable for all ages and also had heated pools. Kaufland's proximity was very convenient.
