fantastic stay!
great location good variety clean room quiet terrace
I enjoyed the hotel's location near the canal grande. It made getting around easy. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. I found something i liked each morning. my room was spacious and clean. I liked the big beds. i appreciated the quiet terrace. It overlooked the grand canal.
the coffee machine wasn't available for guest use throughout the day. it would have been lovely to have a hot drink after a long day.

my room was spacious and furnished nicely with a beautiful marble bathroom. i found the room clean and it exceeded my expectations.

the hotel has a rooftop terrace, and it offers a view of the canal across from the rialto market. it was nice to watch the busy life on the canal, and i spent some time there.

water leak poor customer service
the room i occupied suffered from a persistent water leak. Staff only placed towels to absorb the dripping water. bathroom fixtures looked old and worn. mold was visible in the shower. i moved to a smaller room yet did not get a discount. customer service felt poor, especially because they billed me twice and insisted on cash payments for taxes.

an okay stay
river boat filling breakfast slippery floor cracked floor
the location was good. it was near a river boat stop. the breakfasts had a tasty quality and were filling too.
the ceiling leaked throughout the room. the floors was slippery because of this. also, the tiled floor in the bathroom, i saw it was cracked and wobbly. it was disappointing because it was expensive.
