charming surprise near the action!!!
easy stroll lovely lobby fantastic room good space
my son and i enjoyed our stay . the taborstraße subway stop was quite close, maybe two blocks. stephensplatz was also an easy stroll, about 15 minutes. the hotel lobby was lovely and our room was fantastic. lots of space!
I noticed a slightly funny smell in the bedroom. I am not sure what it was.

The hotel has a breakfast area that offers a continental style with boiled and fried eggs. there is a chinese restaurant just at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel. That's very convenient.

the room was clean and it was serviced every day. it had a comfortable bed and was pretty quiet. the television and tea and coffee facilities were definitely a bonus after a long day out sightseeing!!!

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the city center. there are nearby underground and tram stops, so it is easy to get around. the staff was helpful and friendly. This was important for my business trip, because i needed good wi-fi and it was strong.
the room had poor sound insulation. i could hear alarms and conversations from the neighboring rooms at all times. there was also an empty mini fridge that turned on and off.

convenient location and clean rooms
clean room comfortable bed good location
the room was clean. the bed was comfortable, i slept well. the hotel location is good. supermarkets are nearby. i could easily find everything i needed.
the room got hot. they suggested i use a fan. the street noise was a disturbance at night.

The staff responded promptly to requests for extra towels and toiletries. housekeeping maintained the room daily. They always ensured fresh linens and a tidy space. the front desk assisted with directions. They offered clear instructions.
